Kids Bed Time Special program from RadioKhushi in Hindi and Telugu

Dear Friends, Listeners and Well-Wishers,

We wish all of you a very happy Valentine ’s Day!

On this special occasion RadioKhushi is bringing a gift to each and every family, especially those families with small children. It’s is our new program titled “ Kids Bed Time Special” with good music, stories and

items of interest to kids.

This program has been designed to broadcast in Hindi and Telugu languages
at local time between 8:00 and 9:00 PM , the normal bed time for most kids. The program structure
has been nailed and is ready to go. However if any of you have suggestions, feel free to let us know
by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . In addition, RadioKhushi invites recorded stories,
messages and music from kids to be played during the “Kid’s Bed Time Special” show.

Especially when both parents are working as you know it is hard to allocate more time for the routine
needs of the children plus the energy levels are usually down during the evening after a long working
day. We hope this new RadioKhushi program specially designed for kids can enhance the family time
while keeping our culture and traditions intact.

Many parents approached RadioKhushi and requested for a special program for Children and we
couldn’t think of another time than evening at 8:00 PM. We want to experiment the suggestions of our
esteemed listeners while providing benefit to a wider community, not only in US but elsewhere.

We hope you all support this by giving an opportunity to your kids to listen and experience the new
program. There may be a hesitation from the kids since the program is in Hindi and Telugu but we
expect to make it informative and entertaining for the kids so that it becomes a routine for them to tune
into RadioKhushi every evening.

RadioKhushi is a firm believer of the proven fact that kids exposed to their mother tongue often
perform well in their academics while retaining the rich culture and the Indian value system. Our hope is
that this specially designed program will act as a bridge between the Indian and Western language and
culture for the growing children at a tender age.
